Great night. A good six player game, followed by a three way game as players were ousted.

A couple of players, unfortunately had to miss the game; nonetheless, others forged on a head with the adventure.

Got in an intro game of Call to Arms Star Fleet with Jon and 2 other players, using Jon's models and terrain. We had a klingon D7C command cruiser, D7 battlecruiser, and 2 F5 frigates go up against 2 federation constitution class cruisers, a texas light cruiser and a frigate. Despite an early lead, I think the feds pulled out the win in the end! Interesting game, will try again. An otherwise quiet day for the club, as there were some others modelling their Fields of Glory Napoleonics but not playing that day.

Not a huge group of people available to play, and not everyone ontime. However, they were willing to try out a new game (A Call to Arms Star Fleet) and give me feedback. Pretty fun overall.

Was fun but it was awkward to get involved. There wasn't really a greeter so to speak so you were either forced to interact or just go home. The group could be more inviting.

The party delved into the Snake Cult's stronghold, defeating the High Priest and his acolytes in the process. Unfortunately, they bit off more than the could handle, when they broke into the Altar Room where the Snake God resided. First Althor, then Belkar had succumb to the snakes' poison, leaving on Gareth to try and fight them off. Next session, we'll pick up, where we left off, with Gareth facing the swarms of snake...

The campaign has concluded and while the party failed to successful complete the quest, it did bring word back from the Red Mountain on what is happening; and while some questions were answered, others were raised. Is this quest the last the party will hear of the Red Mountain and mysterious Soul Crystal... only time will tell. For now the party waits Brother Yarlai's return from an undertaking given to him by his goddess, as a result of his request for her assistance.

A daring first attempt to gains access to the mines where the Snake Cult's hide out is suspected proved very costly and near fatal. Alethor was received two deep cuts to his stomach from the sentry commander's axe and it proved nearly fatal. Meanwhile, Gareth rushed headlong into fray numerous times with surprising success, having killed one man by running him through with his spear, and knocked several others down unconscious with the butt-end of his spear. Belkar, when his wasn't tending Alethor's wounds, managed to scout about the mine's perimeter, nearly running into several wandering sentries. After a long night walking lost in the forest, the party has set out to gain entry into the mines a second, thus far things are proving a bit more successful, allowing them to sneak down to the entrance and quickly rushing in...

The party had managed to successfully complete challenges of climbing down off the Red Mountain and navigating itself out of the area of the Red Mountain by using its climbing and wilderness skills. The rescued badly wounded prisoners, still on the bring of starvation, have just barely survived the trek thus far as the party is short on food and clothing has managed to make it to a cache food. This food has given the party a bit of buffer from the starvation but now it must make its way back to the abandon fort, where another cache of supplies is hid; all while the autmun weather turns for the worse, and freezing to death becomes a factor.

Great campaign, the players are now in full survival mode, skills like climbing, engineering, and physician are coming into importance; once they get off the mountain, foraging, hunting, fishing, and survival skill will be their own way can get out of the Noneth Forest alive.

Five stars if there had been a fifth hand for Fresco! (Good game, actually not so bad as a mere spectator!) I learned to play 7 Wonders later on, another good one. Wish I could come on Mondays more often. Keep it up!

The party has just about managed to escape the orc hold, all that stands in their way and freedom is a metal portcullis; but first they have to find away to get the thief up the 120 foot air shaft in the dark without falling. Once that is done, its a simple matter of him picking the lock, after which they must haul up 3 unconscious men and help 3 walking wounded - no problems...

In the grim, dark future there is only... fun. A truly wonderful introduction to Dark Heresy. Lots of fun was had, and there was definitely a warm feel from the more experienced people. I look forward to future DH being run.

The party managed to survive, thanks to some Divine Intervention called upon by the Brother Yarlai, who then felt the power of his goddess surge through his body. He then charged into the mass of Gargun (orcs), the Light of Dolithor engulfing him, and proceeded to cut a swathe of Gargun, forcing them to rout. The party once more called upon the goddess Larani to help them continue their quest for the Soul Crystal...

The party has delved deep into the mountain stronghold behind the East Gate; as they progress, the body count is rising, now at least 75 Gargun; however, this success is not without a cost, many have suffered serious wounds, and if not for the Priest of Larani, Brother Yarlai, several would have already fallen. Now in the main cavern, they have successfully killed the Ogre, and have found two badly injured prisoners, but they still having found the Blotorc Norh (Soul Crystal); and the Gargun have been gathering in the outer caverns, working up the nerve to launch an assault; but thus far none of the leaders have managed to take charge. If they party wants to survive it must now fight its way out of the Gargun stronghold or else perish doing so...
