As I said in my message to everyone, I understand that people have lives. That to my way of thinking doesn't excuse 4 months of not replying to requests for when people are available. If someone can't make it, then that's fine, just say so. But to just simply not reply to messages and availability requests is, as I said in the message, rude. Even just a simple 'not going to be available' is preferable to that kind of treatment.
